Magic Palm
Only a few metres away from the main shopping street of the village of Ravda

About the palm:
A 2.5 metre-high palm was planted in front of the hotel. The palm is called “Trachycarpus fortunei” or “the Chinese hemp palm”.
Its history began in 1980 when scientists - botanists decided to carry out an experiment with seeds of that type. The seeds were planted along the whole Black sea coast, a 100 seeds in every populated place. One of these seeds is the palm adorning the façade of the Magic Palm Hotel. The palm has become the symbol of the hotel. It resists even -16 degree temperature. With its bright green, deeply cut leaves, the palm fascinates all passers-by.

The street on which the hotel is located leads to the sea alley.
The distance from the alley to the "Southern Beach" is only 100 metres to the right, and the distance between the alley and the "Central Beach", whose strip connects Ravda and Nesebar, is only 50 metres to the left.
